Renewals Competition Prize Draw

We're so confident that we have some great schemes that we've now setup a new competition, the "Renewal Date Prize Draw" so if you fancy winning a 42" flatscreen TV, fill out the form below with some renewal dates. Each renewal date provided will count as one entry into the competition so the more renewal dates you give us, the more chances you have of winning!

Prize:

The prize is a 42 inch flatscreen television and will be chosen and paid for by Coversure Rubery. We will also organise free delivery to your home.

It's very simple: all you need to do is complete all fields of the below Competition Form and click submit. Once received, you'll be entered into our prize draw. By clicking on the 'Submit' button you have agreed to the Rules and Conditions stated at the bottom of this page.

Prize Draw Dates:

Competition entries will be drawn every four months and renewals for that period will be valid i.e. renewal date for 1st March 2012 will be entered into Draw 1. The closing dates of entries as well as prize draw dates are detailed below:

1st Draw - for valid renewal dates valid between 1st January 2012 and 30th April 2012 (Draw 1 closes on 30th April 2012) and the prize will be drawn on 7th May 2012

2nd Draw - for valid renewal dates valid between 1st May 2012 and 31st August 2012 (Draw 2 closes on 31st August 2012) and the prize will be drawn on 7th September 2012

3rd Draw - for valid renewal dates between 1st September 2012 and 1st December 2012 (Draw 3 closes on 31st December 2012) and the prize will be drawn on 7th January 2013

Winners / winning entries must show Coversure Rubery original proof of their renewal in the form of a renewal schedule from their current company - please note these may be checked to see if the policies are still live

Competition Rules & Conditions

Renewal Prize Draw winners and prizes given are done so with compliance to the following conditions:

• 1. The Renewal Date Prize Draw Competition is open to residents of England, Wales & Scotland only.

• 2. Insurance dates provided by entrants must be valid and the winner, to obtain their prize, will have to provide proof showing an original renewal schedule from a live/existing policy i.e. not lapsed, cancelled or expired from their current insurer. Coversure Rubery may check with your current insurer to validate the policy is current.

• 3. You must be over 18 to enter.

• 4. You must complete the Prize Draw form in its entirety if you wish to enter any competition. Entrants must fill out ALL required information. Coversure Rubery will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering any competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.

• 5. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering any competition.

• 6. The time and date when the competition closes will always be displayed on this page (http://www.coversure-rubery.co.uk/company/prize_draw.html). Any entries received after the specified time will not be valid.

• 7. We do not accept any responsibility for late entries.

• 8. Coversure Rubery's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• 9. Winners will be contacted personally by email or telephone.

• 10. The prize must be taken as stated. There will be no cash alternatives and the prize of a 42 inch flatscreen television will be the sole choice of Coversure Rubery

• 11. Entrants must supply details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

• 12. In situations where the winner cannot be contacted, Coversure Rubery reserves the right to pass on the prize to another entrant. Contact will be made via phone or email.

• 13. Members of Coversure Rubery's staff, partners, family, friends and sponsors are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

• 14. Coversure Rubery reserves the right to amend these competition rules at any time. If changes are made when a competition is live, they will be made clear on the website.
